TEAM – expected to soar on earnings, but will it?

Atlassian (TEAM) reports fiscal second-quarter earnings late Thursday, Wall Street expects both earnings and revenue to jump by at least a third from their year-ago levels. But will it? Analysts say the seller of project-management and collaborative software to large companies should report profit growth of 33% to 12 cents a share and revenue hikes of 37% to $204.5 million. "Last quarter saw exceptionally strong free cash flow results thanks to strong business momentum across the board," Suri said. "While our partner checks point to unabating business momentum and we do not see risk to full-year free cash flow guidance, we would not be surprised to see second-quarter free cash flow roughly in line with consensus estimates of $49.6 million."
